Bright amber color. Sweet and intense aroma of almonds and vanilla, with notes of honey and caramel. Flavor balanced between the sweetness of almonds and a touch of bitterness, with a persistent finish of vanilla and almonds. It can be served neat, with ice or in cocktails. It is a classic ingredient in the Amaretto Sour drink.
